October 17, 2009 From Chris McKeever, Executive Director. 6th Cavalry Museum, Fort Oglethorpe
The National Commander-in-Chief of the VFW, Thomas J. Tradewell Sr., will make his official Georgia visit October 22 - 25 and be at the 6th Cavalry Museum Friday, October 23 at 9:30 AM for a 45-minute tour. Commander Tradewell has committed to visit each of the 50 states during his tenure.
